French Macarons, Mixing Methods and Fillings
This class will focus on one macaron mixing method,as well as a variety of fillings 
During the course of two hours you will learn and understand the mixing method. Chef Al will also teach you the correct ways of scaling and meassuring any baking recipe to achive consitent results.Due to teh nature of this class there will be limited hands on.  The recipes covered in this class will be:

Italian Meringue Macaron
Dark Chocolate Ganache
Fresh Strawberry Marmalade
Orange White Chocolate Ganache
Key Lime Filling
Rose Water Buttercream 
Raspberry Fig Preserve

Note: Small appetizer, beverages as well as wine will be serve compliment of the chef.

Chef Adalberto Diaz

For over 30 years, the Pastry Chef and owner Adalberto Diaz has been honing his pastry skills. In the year 2012 he became the American Culinary Federation Pastry Chef of the Year. He has combined the cuisine and culture of his homeland with international and french techniques, to take breads and pastries to the next level with breathtaking flavor, texture and color combinations. Chef Al was one of the finalist of 2015 Holiday Baking Championship on Food Network.
